Our stay at this B&B hosted by Eric and Michael was outstanding. The location was quiet, the accommodation was beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, comfortable beds all of high standards. The two roof top terraces provided incredible views. Breakfast delicious. Hosts joined us at breakfast to give us recommendations for our daily plans. Numerous restaurants only 5 minutes away. To visit Valletta it took only 10 minute walk to ferry. I would highly recommend that you ask Eric to organize a taxi transfer from the airport and return for only €20. Money well spent and reliable. It was like staying with friends. Thank you Eric & Michael for an unforgettable stay. We will be back!!

The B&B hosts, Michael and Eric, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They promptly responded to my queries before arrival. They would join the guests at breakfast and gave great suggestions about where to visit, eat, and how best to get to the sites. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Frances made amazing cooked-to-order omelettes. The room I had was clean and large, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. I liked the cardless digital keys to the building and to my room - didn't have to worry about losing a key/card. Although the location is not within walking distance to all the key tourists sites in Valletta and beyond, the property was in a quiet neighborhood with oodles of wonderful waterside restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance. There is a public bus stop also within 5 min walking distance, but I used Bolt rideshare most of the time which was much quicker and more convenient.

The attention to detail at Senglea Suites is off the charts. The kind of amenities and service you would expect in a five star hotel. A beautifully renovated traditional limestone building in a charming neighborhood, stunning rooftop deck with a 360° view of the Three Cities Harbour and Valletta, easy access by bus or ferry, friendly and attentive staff, I could go on and on. Owner Eric is a gem and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. 100% recommend!

Don't hesitate. This place is as good as other reviews say. I was worried that Google Maps showed 20 minutes to the ferry, but in fact, you can use the Pont Karlu Marks pedestrian bridge, which the map does not take into account when building a route. You can have breakfast in three places — on the ground floor or on one of the two terraces, which offer beautiful views. The staff can open an umbrella if you want some shade. Everyone is very friendly, and it's a very comfortable place to relax.

Amazing room, great & friendly host that gives good recommendations on what to see nearby. Very good location as well, 500m walk to the ferry to Valetta and the Senglea city with pretty little streets is great for night walks. Highly recommend for a short stay to explore Valetta

It was a wonderful, and I have no doubts this property will only get better. The breakfast was delicious and matched in decadency only by the conversation and companionship provided by Michael and Eric. The entire staff works wonderfully together and are some of the kindest individuals I ever met. I truly felt at home - the property is clean (according to someone who packs their own bedsheets on a trip), organized and every thing included within its walls is impeccable attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the experience of the Senglea Suites.

Senglea suites was the last accommodation we stayed in before leaving the Malta and it was the highlight of the trip. Everything was just perfect. When Eric showed us our room we were impressed, such a good restoration, I just couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during in Malta. Our room was so elegant, spacious, spotless clean, the bed so comfortable and we had outstanding views over the harbour. Big thanks to Nitheesh for having the water replaced daily and for anything else we asked for. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace every morning was amazing (thank you Frances for the best scrambled eggs I’ve had). The hotel is ideally located in Senglea/Isla (part of the Three Cities) in a picturesque neighborhood, that keeps the authentic feel. Don’t worry about getting to Valletta because there are multiple options. You can take a boat taxi, the ferry or bus no 1 straight to Valletta and the bus stop is close by, just 4 minutes walk from the property. Along the harbour there are plenty of restaurants, nearby to the property, as well. Eric and Michael you both are amazing hosts, friendly, helpful and so attentive to details (thank you very much for flexibility regarding checking in and out late, appreciate). You are doing a great job. Thank you, you made our stay memorable. I hope to be back soon. ?

It was heavenly. Beautifully designed, wonderful helpful hosts & staff, stunning views from rooftop deck and exquisite breakfast. Most comfortable bed in the world. Hated to leave at 5 am, but there was a boxed breakfast placed in the fridge for us. Thoughtful and much appreciated.

After over 24 hours flying this was the perfect place to relax and recuperate. This boutique hotel is beautifully presented and thoughtfully renovated to provide the ultimate experience. Our room was spacious and elegant and included a large, beautiful bathroom. Everything is immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast. Eric and Michael are attentive and wonderful hosts.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The owner, his employees, the ambiance, architecture, style, peaceful atmosphere, location, rooftop and breakfast was 100 percent the best! Highly recommend to everyone.

The service was the most exceptional though. It really stood out. They are upgrading and so if I visited Malta I would definitely stay here again.

Nestled in the charming town of Senglea, just across the bay from Valletta, the location couldn’t be more ideal. A short and scenic ferry ride brings you directly to the heart of Malta’s capital. The hotel’s rooftop deck offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay and Valletta’s iconic skyline — an especially magical place to watch the sunrise. There is so much more that could be said, but above all, we want to express just how wonderful and memorable our experience was. Without a doubt, we will return — and we highly recommend booking well in advance, as this gem of a boutique hotel is understandably in high demand.

Everything was PERFECT! Starting with the extremely helpful and genuinely caring owners, Michael and Eric, it only got better! The room was fabulous as was the entire hotel, with beautifully renovated and tastefully modernized room and spaces. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was ultra modern and functional. Breakfasts were generous, tasty, and included eggs (or omelets) made to order. The location was perfect too - away from the tourist crowds of Valetta but only a 10 minute "Disa"(sp?) boat ride away. Fantastic restaurants just around the corner and very walkable to charming Birgu. When we left fir tge airport, my wife left jewelry in the room. Eric found it and immediately drove to the airport to deliver it to us! This was the best lodging experience we've ever had as seasoned world travelers.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Our bedroom was stunning. Michael and Eric were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we got the most out of our stay in Malta. Excellent breakfast especially Frances’ omelettes! Super clean, with so many thoughtful extra touches. Stunning heritage building in Senglea renovated to an extremely high standard as a small, boutique hotel in 2022. The owners are genuinely lovely people who made us feel very welcome, and were consistently interesting people to talk to over breakfast. There is also a roof terrace which has fantastic views of the wider area. Would high recommend!

Staff were incredible and the room had the best view. It was in a great location and was a highlight of the trip!
